Zurgo Stormrender commands an aggressive Mardu token swarm deck designed to overwhelm three opponents through relentless combat steps and incremental aristocrat drains. Zurgo generates attacking Warrior tokens with mobilize and converts departing tokens into immediate card draw or direct life drain. The deck supports this aggressive posture with repeatable token generators like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar and Hero of Bladehold, alongside token amplifiers like Divine Visitation and Thalisse, Reverent Medium.
