Format: Commander

Commander: Kaalia of the Vast

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kaalia of the Vast is the sole engine; there is no hidden DFC commander. The goal is to cast Kaalia, attack, and cheat a high-cost Angel, Demon, or Dragon into play. The primary plan is a one-shot kill with Master of Cruelties, then clean up the other opponents with extra combat and double-strike dragons. Secondary plans use Angel lifegain, the Bruna/Gisela meld, and mass recursion to rebuild after wipes. The deck is threat-dense and explosive, but heavily dependent on Kaalia landing and attacking.
