Niv by Pwnmanship

Format: Commander

Commander: Niv-Mizzet Reborn

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a five-color value-control build whose engine is Niv-Mizzet Reborn. The deck spends early turns fixing mana with fetch/shock/triomes and two-mana dorks, then casts Niv to reveal ten cards and pick one spell of each color pair, effectively refilling the hand. From there it operates on two axes: instant-speed removal and counterspells to keep the board stable, and a combat finisher built from legendary support pieces-Xenagos, Gisela, Bruse, or Knight of New Alara-that turn Niv into a one-shot commander-damage assassin. Yorion, Koma, and Shaun provide repeatable value and alternate attackers. There is no infinite combo; the deck wins by assembling the largest combat board and punching through opponents one at a time.
