Deck overview

This is a high-power Izzet spellslinger list built around Vivi Ornitier. Every noncreature spell puts a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and pings each opponent for 1, while Vivi's once-per-turn {0} ability converts that power into a burst of blue and red mana the same turn it is activated. The deck wins by storming Vivi pings (especially after Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout turn each ping into cards), by milling the table with Underworld Breach plus Brain Freeze, or by taking a high-risk extra turn with Final Fortune or Last Chance and dumping the hand. A late Hullbreaker Horror plus zero-mana artifacts can lock the board under repeated bounce. Vivi is a cheap, recastable mana battery and burn engine rather than a combo piece - both compact wins live in the 99 - but a large slice of the list is there to feed its trigger. At 1.62 average mana value, with rituals, cantrips, and free interaction, the deck starts chaining spells as soon as Vivi lands on turn three.
