Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered 5-color Dragon stompy and combo list helmed by The Ur-Dragon. It leverages the commander's eminence ability to reduce Dragon casting costs, accelerating massive flying threats ahead of curve. The early game focuses on deploying fast mana artifacts, shocklands, and cost reducers to cast dominant engines such as Old Gnawbone, Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, or Tiamat by Turn 4. The primary win condition pairs Old Gnawbone with Aggravated Assault, generating surplus Treasure tokens on combat contact to take infinite combat steps and eliminate all three opponents. While the deck boasts immense offensive ceiling, explosive mana velocity, and high threat density, its interactive package relies heavily on expensive sorcery-speed sweepers. This leaves the deck somewhat exposed to fast stack-based combo decks and well-timed instant-speed creature removal.
