Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul mid-range aggro deck built around Bello, Bard of the Brambles. By leveraging dense 1- to 2-mana ramp, the deck accelerates into casting Bello on turn 3, followed by a sequence of 4+ mana value artifacts and enchantments starting on turn 4. Bello animates these permanents into 4/4 Elemental creatures with indestructible and haste during your turn, allowing immediate attacks that draw cards on combat connection. The deck scales by playing multi-faceted non-creature permanents like Berserkers' Onslaught, Frontier Siege, and Garruk's Uprising, which generate compounding mana, card advantage, and combat lethality. Because its creatures are indestructible during combat and revert to non-creature permanents on opponents' turns, conventional sorcery-speed board wipes struggle against it. It wins through overwhelming, persistent combat damage by turn 8.
