Faster and richer than you! by Soulless

Format: Commander

Commander: Shadow the Hedgehog

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Shadow the Hedgehog is a Rakdos treasure-and-haste engine. The primary plan is to accelerate with mana rocks and Treasure producers, cast Shadow on turn 3-4, then use his death-draw and Chaos Control to keep the hand full and protect key spells. Secondary paths are combat damage from hasty Dragons and Mercenaries, a Torment of Hailfire or Comet Storm mana-sink finish, and Knuckles the Echidna's 30-artifact alternate win. Shadow is a draw engine and protection enabler rather than the kill condition. Knuckles acts as a hidden commander for the artifact-count win. The deck wins incrementally, converting Treasures into mana, card advantage, and burn.
