Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet Otter tribal spellslinger strategy helmed by Bria, Riptide Rogue. The primary plan revolves around casting a high volume of cheap instants and sorceries to trigger prowess on a wide board of Otters, while Bria makes one unblockable each turn to push through damage. The deck generates incremental value through pinger creatures like Coruscation Mage and Agate Instigator, token makers like Stormsplitter and Stormchaser's Talent, and recursion effects from Daring Waverider and Wishing Well. Win conditions are combat damage from pumped evasive tokens, direct damage from pings and spells like Crackle with Power, or a big Season of Weaving bounce to reset the board. The deck lacks explosive combos but can grind into a victory through cumulative advantage.
