Deck overview

The Scarab God commands a Dimir control and reanimator strategy that weaponizes all four graveyards. Early turns fill graveyards using mill pieces like Mesmeric Orb and Court of Cunning, or precise tutors like Entomb and Buried Alive. The deck then cheats game-warping threats like Archon of Cruelty, Toxrill the Corrosive, and Grave Titan into play ahead of curve using low-cost reanimation spells. The Scarab God provides an instant-speed recursion engine and mana sink that converts dead creatures into 4/4 Zombie armies. You close the game through overwhelming combat damage, repeated Archon triggers, mass theft via Breach the Multiverse, and lethal upkeep life drain.
