Deck overview

Zada, Hedron Grinder commands an explosive mono-red storm and go-wide spellslinger deck. The game plan focuses on deploying a wide board of cheap creature tokens and mana dorks in the opening turns, then casting Zada alongside low-cost targeted cantrips and pump spells. Whenever an instant or sorcery targets only Zada, Zada copies that spell for every other creature you control. A single one-mana spell such as Crimson Wisps or Ancestral Anger draws four to eight cards at once. This explosive card draw fuels rituals like Battle Hymn and Storm-Kiln Artist, creates token copies with Twinflame, and delivers massive combat damage across the table using Fists of Flame and Temur Battle Rage. The deck seeks to eliminate all three opponents in a single turn. However, the strategy relies entirely on Zada remaining on the battlefield and includes virtually no protection or reactive removal to defend against opponent interaction.
