Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai midrange strategy helmed by Arthur, Marigold Knight. The game plan focuses on deploying small utility creatures in the opening turns, casting Arthur on turn 4, and attacking immediately to trigger his ability. Arthur looks at the top six cards of the library and puts a creature onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. By packing the deck with high-impact enters-the-battlefield creatures and devastating combat finishers like Gisela, Blade of Goldnight and Curious Colossus, the deck cheats large mana costs and applies sudden combat pressure. At the end of combat, the cheated creature returns to hand, allowing you to cast it normally or reuse its enters-the-battlefield trigger on future turns. Supporting blink engines like Brago, King Eternal and Restoration Angel can flicker the attacking creature before combat ends to keep it permanently on the battlefield, creating compounding board advantage.
