Atraxa by dnlp

Format: Commander

Commander: Atraxa, Praetors' Voice

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Atraxa, Praetors' Voice leads a four-color proliferate deck whose primary kill is poison. Small infect or toxic creatures and spells put one or two counters on opponents, then Atraxa and a dense proliferate suite grow those counters to ten on every player. Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider, Innkeeper's Talent, and Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus double or multiply counters, letting Vraska, Betrayal's Sting ultimate kill a player immediately and keep the clock moving. Secondary paths are evasive infect beats with Blighted Agent and Inkmoth Nexus, plus a Phyrexian praetor beatdown plan. There is no double-faced commander; Atraxa's end-step proliferate is the engine, and Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa serves as a corrupted-value backup rather than a hidden commander.
