This Azorius deck is built around a relentless Advisor tribal engine powered by 35 copies of Persistent Petitioners. Commanded by Gregor, Shrewd Magistrate, the deck uses its commander as an early Advisor body and incidental card draw engine while curving naturally into its primary payoff: Thrumming Stone. Once Thrumming Stone resolves, the extreme density of Persistent Petitioners allows Ripple 4 to cascade through almost the entire library, deploying 25 to 30 Advisors onto the battlefield in a single turn. Because the Petitioners' mill ability taps four untapped Advisors rather than using the tap symbol, summoning sickness does not apply, enabling immediate mass-mill activations to eliminate opponents across turns 6 to 8. Secondary win conditions include Bruvac the Grandiloquent paired with Maddening Cacophony or Traumatize to delete entire libraries in one shot, while defensive stax pieces like Propaganda, Grand Arbiter Augustin IV, and Silent Arbiter buy the required time.
