Prismari, The Inspiration by Brandonh62

Format: Commander

Commander: Prismari, the Inspiration

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This deck is a storm-focused Izzet build helmed by Prismari, the Inspiration, whose ability to grant storm to every instant and sorcery it casts is the engine. The primary game plan is to deploy cost reducers and rituals, accelerate into the commander, then chain cheap cantrips, card draw, and ritual spells to build a massive storm count, finishing with a copied Grapeshot or Empty the Warrens. Secondary win paths include pinging the table with Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph, and Thunderdrum Soloist. The deck also leverages Underworld Breach and Past in Flames for graveyard recursion, enabling multiple storm turns. The mana base is solid but the deck lacks fast mana beyond Sol Ring and a few rituals.
