Deck overview

This deck is a high-octane Mardu aggressive midrange strategy commanded by Neriv, Heart of the Storm. The deck leverages Neriv's static ability, which doubles all damage dealt by creatures that entered the battlefield this turn. To exploit this, the list runs a dense suite of token generators that create tapped and attacking creatures on attack, such as Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon, and Mardu Siegebreaker. In addition, entering-creature burn engines like Terror of the Peaks, Agate Instigator, Pyrogoyf, and Warstorm Surge convert every entering body into doubled direct damage.
