Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Mardu combat deck commanded by Isshin, Two Heavens as One. The strategy focuses on multiplying attack triggers to generate vast token armies, ramp treasure mana, draw cards, and burn down life totals simultaneously. By combining low-cost token generators like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar and Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon with group-drain payoffs like Commissar Severina Raine and Brutal Hordechief, the deck presents a fast, compounding clock that forces opponents to have immediate mass removal. Robust protection spells like Flawless Maneuver, Deflecting Swat, and Grand Abolisher shield key combat steps from interruption, while secondary combat doublers like Karlach, Fury of Avernus and Windcrag Siege ensure rapid table-wide finishes.
