Deck overview

This deck is a Simic midrange strategy helmed by Vannifar, Evolved Enigma, focused on exploiting the cloak and manifest mechanics to cheat massive high-impact permanents into play ahead of curve. By cloaking expensive creatures and permanents as 2/2 ward {2} bodies, the deck bypasses normal casting restrictions using blink effects such as Ghostly Flicker and unflip engines like Ixidor, Reality Sculptor and Hauntwoods Shrieker. The top-end roster includes game-ending bombs like Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, Portal to Phyrexia, Koma, Cosmos Serpent, and Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant. Supported by efficient early mana dorks, land ramp, and morph-based interaction like Stratus Dancer and Voidmage Apprentice, the deck transitions smoothly from early mana acceleration to an oppressive mid-game board state. While vulnerable to early sweepers and lacking deterministic tutors, its redundancy in manifest enablers ensures resilient board presence and lethal combat pressure by Turn 7.
