Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue combo-control strategy commanded by Tui and La, Moon and Ocean. The game plan revolves around exploiting the commander's triggered abilities: drawing a card whenever it becomes tapped and gaining a +1/+1 counter whenever it untaps. By leveraging mana enablers like Paradise Mantle and Relic of Legends alongside repeatable untap auras like Freed from the Real and Pemmin's Aura, the deck establishes an infinite loop that draws the entire library and generates enormous stats. It converts this infinite card flow into an immediate win using Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. A dense suite of low-cost mana rocks, creature untappers, and efficient card selection smooths the path to assembling this combo by Turn 5. Meanwhile, a lean suite of countermagic, instant-speed protection, and bounce spells disrupts opposing threats and shields the combo pieces during the critical turn.
