Deck overview

This Rakdos deck turns multiplayer politics into a lethal weapon through forced combat, group slug, and asymmetric attrition. Commanded by Xantcha, Sleeper Agent, the deck gifts high-powered, must-attack creatures to opponents, directing combat aggression away from itself while forcing rivals to dismantle each other's life totals and board states. Redundant threats like Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos, Slicer, Hired Muscle, and Khârn the Betrayer ensure relentless pressure from the earliest turns. Meanwhile, pillowfort cards such as Crawlspace, No Mercy, and Maze of Ith keep you safe from retaliatory swings. As opponents weaken under continuous attacks and slug punishers like Harsh Mentor and Razorkin Needlehead, the deck accelerates mana with Neheb, the Eternal and Crypt Ghast. It closes games by draining remaining life with Xantcha activations, casting a devastating Blasphemous Act with Repercussion, or assembling an infinite token army with Dualcaster Mage and Saw in Half.
