Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis artifact and vehicle midrange build led by Dr. Eggman. The primary game plan revolves around deploying Dr. Eggman on Turn 5 to trigger his villainous choice ability at each end step. Opponents must choose between discarding cards or allowing the deck to drop massive Constructs, Robots, and Vehicles like Krang, Utrom Warlord, Combustible Gearhulk, and Rolling Hamsphere directly onto the battlefield without paying mana costs. The deck leverages high land density (40 lands) to consistently hit its land drops, compensating for a lack of fast mana rocks. Threat onset begins around Turn 7 when a critical mass of high-power artifact creatures and crewed Vehicles mounts a lethal combat clock. With keyword manipulation from Archetype of Imagination and resilient beaters like Metalwork Colossus, the deck grinds down opponents over three response cycles to close the game on Turn 10. While lacking dedicated combo finishes and fast tutors, it sustains value through theft, reanimation, and relentless combat.
