Deck overview

Kadena, Slinking Sorcerer commands a Sultai control and combo deck that leverages cheap face-down creatures alongside compact win conditions. While Kadena provides substantial card draw and mana reduction by turning the first morph cast each turn into free card advantage, the deck primarily aims to execute the swift Thassa's Oracle combination with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact. Secondary plans lock out opponents using Brine Elemental and Vesuvan Shapeshifter to skip their untap steps, backed by Seedborn Muse or flash enablers like Vivien, Champion of the Wilds. Abundant free countermagic and targeted removal protect your board while tutors assemble victory.
