This is a classic Izzet spellslinger control deck helmed by Niv-Mizzet, Parun. The plan is to ramp into the uncounterable 6-mana dragon, then chain instants and sorceries to draw cards, ping the table, and assemble a Curiosity-style infinite. Primary wins are Niv-Mizzet, Parun (or the 99's Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind) paired with Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout for infinite draw-damage, backed by a Jace, Wielder of Mysteries laboratory win and Psychosis Crawler drain. Token makers (Talrand, Sky Summoner, Young Pyromancer, Third Path Iconoclast, Murmuring Mystic) plus pingers (Guttersnipe, Kessig Flamebreather, Ral, Storm Conduit) provide a fair combat/burn backup.
