Commander: Lord of the Nazgûl

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Wraith-token tempo deck built around Lord of the Nazgul. The commander turns every instant and sorcery into a 3/3 menace Wraith, and the nine Nazgul plus Ring tempt triggers grow the board into a 9/9 army. The deck plays a critical-mass spells game: cheap cantrips, draw spells, and interaction fill the graveyard and battlefield simultaneously. Secondary paths include commander damage through Glamdring, Grima's free spell theft, and drain effects from Ayara and Mirkwood Bats. The deck is not a combo deck; it wins by overwhelming combat with a wide, evasive Wraith board. The hidden commander is the Ring mechanic itself, which amplifies every Wraith and synergizes with the Witch-kings and Ringwraiths.
