Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Izzet tempo-combo strategy helmed by Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar. The primary engine leverages Kediss to turn Malcolm's single combat damage connection into damage against all opponents, generating three Treasure tokens per attack. This burst of mana and color fixing allows the pilot to deploy card advantage enchantments like Curiosity and dig for Glint-Horn Buccaneer. Once Glint-Horn is deployed and declared as an attacker, its discard activation triggers a self-sustaining loop with Malcolm: Glint-Horn deals damage to all opponents on discard, Malcolm creates three Treasures, and two Treasures fund the next discard activation. The loop closes the game on Turn 5 in the declare attackers step without passing priority across turns. Supported by cheap interaction, protection equipment, and alternative pingers like Reckless Fireweaver, the deck reliably converts combat connections into a decisive game-ending sequence.
