Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Hero kindred midrange build commanded by Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.. It aims to assemble a wide board of Hero creatures, modify them with +1/+1 counters and equipment, and leverage combat multipliers to defeat opponents through traditional attack steps. Nick Fury serves as an efficient early creature and an impulse engine capable of putting high-cost Heroes, Vehicles, or Equipment directly onto the battlefield. Because the mana base includes many tapped lands and modest ramp density, the deck develops methodically, reaching its functional setup around Turn 6 and threatening lethal combat swings by Turn 7. It closes out games near Turn 9 through cards like War Machine, Avenging Arsenal, Door of Destinies, and Black Panther, Vanguard. While resilient to single-target removal due to independent creature threats, the deck remains vulnerable to mass sweepers and lacks dedicated stax.
