Deck overview

This deck is a specialized Boros aggressive strategy commanded by General Ferrous Rokiric. The primary game plan revolves around exploiting Rokiric's ability to generate a 4/4 red and white Golem artifact creature token whenever a multicolored spell is cast. Supported by a dense suite of 2-CMC mana ramp and over thirty multicolored spells, the deck curves smoothly from an early commander deployment into rapid board development. By Turn 5, Golem tokens are augmented with potent combat payoffs such as Neyali, Suns' Vanguard, Jor Kadeen, the Prevailer, Alibou, Ancient Witness, and Aurelia, the Warleader. While the commander enjoys innate hexproof from monocolored removal, the deck relies on cards like Boros Charm and Legion's Initiative to shield its artifact army from sweepers. With efficient spot removal and combat manipulation like Taunt from the Rampart, the deck steadily overpowers opposing boards by Turn 7.
