Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive mono-blue mill tempo build commanded by The Mindskinner. Rather than reducing 40 life per player, the strategy converts unblockable combat damage into simultaneous mill across all three opponents. Casting the commander on Turn 3 enables unblockable 10-card mill swings starting on Turn 4. The deck rapidly compounds this pressure with mill doublers such as Bruvac the Grandiloquent, double strike from Brass Knuckles, and burst sorceries like Traumatize and Cut Your Losses. Because The Mindskinner has only 1 toughness, the deck dedicates substantial slots to shielding it with Lightning Greaves, Mithril Coat, Spellskite, and countermagic. Token engines like Undead Alchemist exploit opposing milled creature cards to build a wide defensive and offensive board. While lacking instant-speed permanent removal for resolved artifacts and enchantments, the deck executes a focused, highly synergistic clock that can deplete all three opposing libraries by Turn 7.
