Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Mono-Green Stompy build designed to deploy high-power creatures ahead of curve and cast Ghalta, Primal Hunger for just two green mana as early as Turn 4. The early game focuses on establishing mana dorks like Elvish Mystic and undercosted, high-stature threats such as Steel Leaf Champion and Pugnacious Hammerskull. Accumulating ten or more total power on board enables casting Ghalta for {G}{G}, immediately threatening opponents with lethal commander damage. Once Ghalta enters, the deck capitalizes on power-matters card draw spells like Return of the Wildspeaker and Rishkar's Expertise to draw double-digit cards and reload its hand. It closes games through wide combat swings backed by devastating force multipliers including Overwhelming Stampede, Unnatural Growth, and Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus. The deck's primary limitations stem from lack of stack interaction, reliance on combat damage over multiple turn cycles, and vulnerability to board wipes that reset creature power and inflate commander tax.
