Deck overview

This is a Selesnya tokens-and-life-gain deck helmed by Trostani, Selesnya's Voice, whose two abilities - life on every creature ETB and repeatable populate - are the engine the whole deck is built around. The plan is to flood the board with tokens (Rhys the Redeemed, Growing Ranks, Song of the Worldsoul, Conclave Evangelist), convert every ETB into life via Soul Warden, Suture Priest, Angelic Chorus, and Boon Reflection, then cash that life in through Aetherflux Reservoir, Storm Herd, or Soul of Eternity. Halo Fountain offers a pure alternate win condition, and Ghalta and Mavren plus Archangel of Thune give the token swarm a combat finish. It is a classic midrange grind deck: slow to assemble, but with strong inevitability once the life-gain and populate engines are both online.
