Atog/Scarecrow Double Kindred by user6841677

Format: Commander

Commander: Atogatog

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This deck is a five-color token-generating engine helmed by Atogatog, but the commander is a secondary option rather than the core plan. The primary strategy is to flood the battlefield with creature tokens using cards like Avenger of Zendikar, Tendershoot Dryad, Sporemound, and Nesting Dragon, then amplify the board with token doublers (Anointed Procession, Parallel Lives) and finish via Craterhoof Behemoth, Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, or Mayael's Aria. A type-changing package (Maskwood Nexus, Conspiracy, Arcane Adaptation, Xenograft) enables Atogatog and Reaper King synergy, but the deck does not rely on the commander. It runs a strong tutor suite, robust ramp, and a few powerful interaction pieces, aiming to overwhelm opponents with sheer token quantity and combat math.
