Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi acts as both a primary win condition and an explosive mana engine: each noncreature spell cast puts a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and deals 1 damage to each opponent, while its {0} tapless activation converts that power directly into {U} and {R} mana. The deck utilizes low-cost cantrips, cost reducers like Goblin Electromancer, and magecraft engines like Archmage Emeritus and Storm-Kiln Artist to chain numerous spells in a single turn. Damage multipliers such as Tomik, Izzet Sparkmage, Guttersnipe, and Veyran, Voice of Duality accelerate the clock, allowing the deck to close games via massive table-wide burn on Turn 5. An alternate infinite combo with Dualcaster Mage and Quasiduplicate provides a compact backup win condition, supported by an interactive suite of cheap countermagic, removal, and split-second protection.
