Ovika, the Goblin Yeeter by restrict

Format: Commander

Commander: Ovika, Enigma Goliath

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Izzet spellslinger deck built around Ovika, Enigma Goliath, whose cast-trigger converts every noncreature spell into a swarm of hasty Phyrexian Goblins. The plan is to ramp hard with a dense suite of mana rocks, deploy Ovika behind cheap counterspells and phasing protection, then chain noncreature spells into a goblin army that fuels the deck's real engines: Skirk Prospector and Sorcerer Class turn the tokens into mana, Impact Tremors, Molten Gatekeeper, and Goblin Bombardment turn them into damage, and Kindred Discovery turns them into cards. The primary finishers are the Surge to Victory + Time Warp extra-turn chain (each goblin that connects copies an extra turn), an overloaded Mizzix's Mastery that recasts the entire graveyard, and Omniscience for free-spell goblin storms. It plays as a mid-speed combo-value deck that becomes oppressive once Ovika sticks.
