Deck overview

This mono-blue deck is commanded by Orvar, the All-Form, leveraging cheap targeting instants and sorceries to duplicate lands, mana rocks, and high-impact utility creatures. The deck operates as a tempo-control shell in the early game, deploying efficient acceleration such as Sapphire Medallion and Arcane Signet while defending its board with a dense suite of counterspells like Mana Drain and Fierce Guardianship. Once established, Orvar turns 1-mana utility spells like Twiddle and Snap into potent ramp and board-doubling engines. The primary route to victory revolves around generating infinite mana through creature flickers like Deadeye Navigator paired with Peregrine Drake or recursive loops with Archaeomancer and Ghostly Flicker. After generating infinite mana and drawing the entire deck via Archmage Emeritus or Mulldrifter, the deck secures an immediate win through Thassa's Oracle or an infinitely large Walking Ballista.
