Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Hero typal strategy led by Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., combining creature combat with +1/+1 counter synergies. The early game focuses on developing mana fixing through rainbow lands and mana dorks such as Birds of Paradise and Bloom Tender. By Turn 4, the deck deploys Nick Fury to activate his Power-up ability, digging seven cards deep to put impactful Heroes or Equipment directly onto the battlefield. Mid-game turns leverage team-wide counter amplifiers like Captain America, Team Leader, Arwen, Weaver of Hope, and Court of Garenbrig to build formidable boards. Combat dominance is achieved through evasion and double strike provided by War Machine, Avenging Arsenal, Captain America, Skybound, and Iron Man, Armored Avenger. The deck seals victories around Turn 7 using decisive finishers such as Akroma's Will, Savage Beating, or asymmetric sweepers like Damning Verdict, while protecting its assets with Teferi's Protection and Jennifer Walters // The Sensational She-Hulk.
