Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Aristocrats and combo strategy commanded by Grenzo, Dungeon Warden. The deck is tailored to maximize Grenzo's activated ability by keeping the printed power of almost every creature at 2 or lower, allowing Grenzo to reliably put creatures onto the battlefield when cast for just two mana. The game plan focuses on deploying early mana rocks and sacrifice outlets such as Ashnod's Altar, Viscera Seer, and Warren Soultrader, using scry and surveil triggers to stack high-impact creatures on the bottom of the library. Once the engine is rolling, Grenzo chains activations through mana-positive bodies like Priest of Gix and Workhorse, quickly assembling infinite sacrifice loops with Murderous Redcap and Metallic Mimic alongside drain payoffs like Blood Artist and Zulaport Cutthroat to eliminate the entire table in a single turn.
