Deck overview

Led by Three Dog, Galaxy News DJ, this Boros aggro deck fuses classic Voltron Aura strategies with go-wide token swarm mechanics. The primary game plan establishes an early board of token creatures using spells like Dragon Fodder and Raise the Alarm, then casts Three Dog to serve as a broadcast hub. By attaching powerful Auras—ranging from scaling stat boosts like All That Glitters and Ethereal Armor to utility cantrips like Angelic Gift—and attacking, Three Dog sacrifices the Aura to distribute token copies across all attacking creatures. This turns modest 1/1 tokens into massive, lethal threats in a single combat step while drawing cards or clearing blockers via enters-the-battlefield triggers. Supported by efficient artifact ramp, enchantress draw engines, and targeted protection like Blacksmith's Skill, the deck reliably threatens lethal combat damage by Turn 5 and closes games across two response cycles.
