Deck overview

This deck is a classic Dimir Rogue tempo and aggro-mill build led by Anowon, the Ruin Thief. The game plan revolves around early deployment of unblockable and evasive 1- and 2-drop Rogues such as Changeling Outcast, Triton Shorestalker, and Invisible Stalker. Once Anowon hits the battlefield, every combat connection mills opposing libraries and converts milled creature cards into steady card advantage. The deck leverages this flow to draw into mid-game power spikes like Coat of Arms, Notorious Throng, Consuming Aberration, and Syr Konrad, the Grim. Evasion ensures combat damage connects reliably past ground blockers, while a solid package of counterspells and removal protects key pieces and disrupts opposing combos.
