Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact midrange deck uses The Reality Chip as a continuous card engine from the command zone. Early turns focus on accelerating mana with cost reducers, mana rocks, and utility creatures. Once The Reality Chip reconfigures onto a creature, the deck plays lands and casts cheap artifacts directly from the top of the library. This flow fuels token generators like Simulacrum Synthesizer, Sai, Master Thopterist, and Urza, Lord High Artificer, assembling a wide board of Constructs and Thopters. The deck closes games through sudden team-wide buffs from Cyberdrive Awakener or overloaded Rise and Shine, turning noncreature artifacts into lethal attackers, or by locking the board with Hullbreaker Horror. A dense suite of cheap counterspells and bounce effects protects the engine and disrupts opposing wins. Even if the commander is removed, redundant top-deck engines and high-impact artifacts allow the deck to pivot and finish reliably.
