Deck overview

This Mardu deck plays a political pillowfort game. It makes attacking you costly with Ghostly Prison, Windborn Muse, Sphere of Safety, Crawlspace and No Mercy, then forces opponents to attack each other with goad from Karazikar, Kardur, Nelly Borca, Disrupt Decorum and Taunt from the Rampart. Queen Marchesa gives you the monarch when she enters, draws extra cards, attacks immediately with haste and deathtouch, and makes Assassin tokens if you lose the crown. Karazikar and Nelly Borca act as hidden commanders that reward opponent combat with cards. You win slowly by draining with Kambal, Sheoldred and Wound Reflection, firing a Torment of Hailfire, stealing boards with Insurrection or Mob Rule, or dealing lethal damage with Blasphemous Act plus Repercussion.
