Deck overview

This Naya deck focuses on aggressive creature combat powered by Aragorn, Hornburg Hero. The primary strategy deploys low-curve Human creatures and enchantment-based mana ramp on the first three turns. On Turn 4, Aragorn enters the battlefield to grant attacking creatures first strike and renown 1, generating initial +1/+1 counters on combat damage. On subsequent turns, Aragorn doubles all +1/+1 counters on renowned attackers whenever they deal combat damage to a player. Combat amplifiers like Blade Historian, Shared Animosity, and Champion of Lambholt scale creature power exponentially into lethal double-strike and trample swings. The deck relies on high functional redundancy across its creature suite to maintain consistent aggression, while an enchantress subtheme featuring Ellivere of the Wild Court and Setessan Champion provides supplemental card flow. Without dedicated tutors or fast mana, the deck functions as a resilient combat engine that systematically eliminates opponents across Turns 5 through 7.
