New Untitled Deck by user1194778

Format: Commander

Commander: Matoya, Archon Elder

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Matoya, Archon Elder leads a mono-blue control deck that turns every scry and surveil into card draw. The primary plan is to control the table with counterspells and bounce, assemble a scry engine, then win with an infinite draw loop or a hard lock. Curator of Mysteries + Matoya + Mind Over Matter draws the entire deck and wins with Laboratory Maniac or mills opponents with Psychic Corrosion, Jace's Erasure and The Water Crystal. Hullbreaker Horror + Sol Ring creates infinite bounces and mana for a lock and mill finish. Secondary paths swarm Birds and Drakes with Talrand, Sky Summoner, Murmuring Mystic and Hermes. Matoya is the central draw engine; Hullbreaker Horror acts as the hidden commander for the lock.
