Deck overview

This Rakdos deck is commanded by Juri, Master of the Revue and focuses on generating and sacrificing noncreature tokens, artifacts, and creatures to rapidly grow Juri while burning opponents. The early game establishes cheap artifact fixers, ramp, and low-cost value engines such as Xorn and Lagomos, Hand of Hatred. As Treasures and tokens accumulate, Juri grows into a massive combat and direct-damage threat, backed by aristocrat payoffs like Mayhem Devil, Mirkwood Bats, and Havoc Jester. When Juri is sacrificed to cards like Fling or dies in combat, its death trigger eliminates high-priority targets or closes out games in conjunction with table-wide drain. Redirection spells like Bolt Bend and equipment like Lightning Greaves shield Juri from targeted exile, while secondary win conditions like Revel in Riches ensure multiple angles of victory.
