Deck overview

This deck is an Esper Equipment and Modified Midrange list commander-headed by Arna Kennerüd, Skycaptain. The strategy focuses on establishing low-cost Equipment, Auras, and counters early, then casting Arna to duplicate attached nontoken Equipment and double counters on each attack step. Job select Equipment cards provide built-in creature tokens to ensure immediate modification. While the deck possesses explosive mana acceleration and a suite of top-tier card draw engines like The One Ring, Rhystic Study, and Necropotence, its path to victory relies entirely on incremental combat damage. It protects its board state using free commander-dependent protection spells and silence effects, while disrupting opposing threats through efficient spot removal, sweepers, and proactive hatebears such as Drannith Magistrate.
