TOR by Wernerv24

Format: Commander

Commander: Tor Wauki the Younger

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Rakdos spellslinger deck wins by casting instants and sorceries to trigger pingers and amplify noncombat damage. Tor Wauki the Younger adds +1 to all noncombat damage you deal and pings for 2 on each instant or sorcery, stacking with Torbran, Embermaw Hellion, Dictate of the Twin Gods and Obosh to turn small burns into lethal damage. Guttersnipe, Firebrand Archer, Syr Carah and similar creatures provide the core engine, while Young Pyromancer and Storm-Kiln Artist generate tokens and Treasures. Secondary paths use big spells like Breath of Malfegor, Chandra's Ignition and Blasphemous Act. No infinite combo exists; you grind opponents down over multiple spell-heavy turns.
