Deck overview

Kambal, Profiteering Mayor captains an Orzhov token aristocrats deck that transforms token creation into steady table-wide drain. The strategy deploys early token engines like Bitterblossom, Skrelv's Hive, and Black Market Connections, using Kambal to mirror opponents' tokens and punish every token that enters. Generous removal spells such as Generous Gift, Stroke of Midnight, and Excavation Technique double as win conditions by gifting opponents tokens that Kambal immediately duplicates. The midgame scales through token doublers including Mondrak, Glory Dominus and Anointed Procession, paired with lethal drain pieces like Mirkwood Bats, Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim, and Bastion of Remembrance. Turn-silencing effects like Myrel, Shield of Argive shield big attacks from interaction, while draw engines like Welcoming Vampire and Caretaker's Talent keep resources flowing until combat and drain triggers close the game.
