Deck overview

This Sultai deck is a competitive turbo-reanimator list designed to execute an immediate game-ending combo on Turn 2–3. Its primary route leverages Buried Alive or Entomb to place Necrotic Ooze, Asmodeus the Archfiend, and Skirge Familiar into the graveyard, followed by a cheap reanimation spell like Reanimate or Animate Dead. Because Necrotic Ooze gains only the activated abilities of cards in graveyards, it bypasses Asmodeus's drawback, drawing the entire library and producing infinite black mana to win with Thassa's Oracle. Supported by an ultra-dense fast mana package, free stack interaction, and redundant backup lines such as Hermit Druid mill into Dread Return, the deck presents format-ceiling velocity and resilience. While the commander Teval, the Balanced Scale provides supplemental token generation and land ramp, it functions primarily as a color identity enabler.
