Deck overview

This mono-red deck is commanded by Tannuk, Steadfast Second, utilizing its warp ability to bypass the prohibitive mana costs of massive artifacts and red creatures. By paying {2}{R}, high-end threats like Blightsteel Colossus, Portal to Phyrexia, Utvara Hellkite, and Ancient Copper Dragon enter the battlefield turns ahead of schedule and gain immediate haste from Tannuk. While warped permanents exile at the end step, synergy pieces like Sundial of the Infinite and Conjurer's Closet allow the deck to bypass the exile trigger and retain its giant creatures permanently. Exiled cards can also be recast on later turns, triggering exile-cast payoffs such as Nalfeshnee, Wild-Magic Sorcerer, and Charred Foyer // Warped Space. The game plan focuses on rapid deployment of devastating combat and entry triggers, applying overwhelming offensive pressure to eliminate opponents one by one across multiple attack steps.
