Deck overview

This mono-white deck combines defensive lifegain control with a dedicated two-card infinite combo finish. Built around commander Liliana the Faultless, the deck leverages enter-the-battlefield lifegain triggers from Soul Warden and Auriok Champion to generate continuous value through card-draw engines like The One Ring, Well of Lost Dreams, and The Gaffer. Defensively, pieces like Magus of the Moat, Authority of the Consuls, and Farewell stall opposing aggression while Liliana supplies on-demand hexproof to protect key permanents. The primary win condition is assembling Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Walking Ballista, granting the Ballista lifelink to deal infinite ping damage to all three opponents simultaneously. If Heliod is unavailable, the deck pivots to token beatdown via Ajani Resolute and Battle Angels of Tyr, or an alternate win line with Barren Glory. Solid recursion through Sevinne's Reclamation ensures dependable recovery against targeted disruption.
