Deck overview

This deck is a focused Mardu token aggro and aristocrats engine commanded by Vihaan, Goldwaker. The primary game plan revolves around generating an early surplus of Treasure tokens through low-curve enablers like Lotho, Corrupt Shirriff, Generous Plunderer, and Smothering Tithe. Upon casting Vihaan, these utility tokens become 3/3 Construct Assassin artifact creatures that attack with haste and vigilance during your combat step, then tap to cast follow-up spells post-combat. Win conditions compound through combat enhancers like Shared Animosity, Akroma's Will, and Cybermen Squadron, paired with lethal group-drain triggers from Mirkwood Bats, Marionette Apprentice, and Mayhem Devil. Defensive spells such as Boros Charm and Flawless Maneuver shield the board against board wipes, while flexible removal spells keep threatening opposing engines in check until the artifact swarm overruns the table.
