Azlask- Sworm of Experience 💀 by user5426742

Format: Commander

Commander: Azlask, the Swelling Scourge

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a five-color Eldrazi token deck helmed by Azlask, the Swelling Scourge. The core strategy is to generate a critical mass of 0/1 Spawn and 1/1 Scion tokens through creatures like Nest Invader and enchantments like Awakening Zone, then double or triple them with Doubling Season, Adrix and Nev, Twincasters, or Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation. Experience counters from Azlask and other pieces like Minthara, Merciless Soul fuel the commander's pump ability, which can turn an army of tokens into an unstoppable force with annihilator 1. The deck also contains a compact infinite combo: Basking Broodscale + Rosie Cotton of South Lane generates infinite Spawn tokens with a single adapt activation, which can then be fed to Glaring Fleshraker for an immediate table kill or sacrificed for infinite colorless mana. Recursion from Meren of Clan Nel Toth and Cauldron of Essence ensures the plan can recover from disruption.
